I thought the meeting was fantastic...the right mix of learning and fun!

Room Reservations
The 2010 Summer Meeting will be held at the Amelia Island Plantation, Amelia Island, FL. GSHP has very attractive room rates that start at $162 single/double per night for an ocean view hotel room at the Amelia Island Inn and Beach Club. A one bedroom ocean view villa is $218, a two bedroom ocean view villa is $260, a one bedroom resort view hotel room is $132 and one bedroom resort view villa is $170. To make your reservation call the Amelia Island Plantation at 1-888-261-6165. The cut-off date for the GSHP room block is June 18, 2010. Make sure you mention you are attending the GSHP meeting and mention our group reservation number 8AT2UE. The Plantation has a variety of room options. If you need another type of room, be sure to ask when you call reservations. The GSHP room rate will be honored for three days prior to group arrival and three days after group departure.
DAILY RESORT SERVICE FEE: In addition to the rates set forth above, a daily resort service fee is charged in the amount of $12.00 plus sales tax (currently 7%) per adult (16 years of age and older) per night. Fee includes:

- Unlimited high speed internet access in all accommodations ($9.95 daily value)
- On-property Transportation ($4.00 daily value)

Summer meeting cancellation policy
A full refund will be granted for refund requests received by July 1; from July 2 through July 10, a $25 administrative fee will be deducted from the registration fee; after July 10, there will be NO refunds for cancellations.
